- Work within established standard operating procedures and systems with clear project objectives to produce delivery outputs, schedules and track budgets, highlighting variances in order to manage and control project delivery targets
- Deliver/assist to manage small to medium scale projects or programs ensuring appropriate use of resources to deliver the required scope of work within set deadlines
- Present any project risks or issues to senior managers to ensure the project is not adversely impacted, and ensure that the delivery of projects is compliant to standards
- Analyse and review a range of data to identify key themes and trends and use the outputs to produce recommendations that support project decision-making.
- Use knowledge and experience to review project processes and policies, providing advice to support management in developing and improving processes and systems.
- Interact effectively across the organisation, completing complex professional level tasks for others in order to ensure projects/programs can be delivered to meet client and customer expectations.
- Advise colleagues on issues relating to own projects, providing subject matter advice in order to support delivery and ensure there is alignment between policy and operational practice.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and third party contractors, in order to ensure all parties are informed and aware of project progress and expectations.
- Possess relevant business experience managing large and complex projects or programs.
- Demonstrate 'Practitioner' level expertise in one or more service lines.
- Exhibit advanced communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with peers, senior colleagues, and high-level stakeholders.
- Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, displaying negotiation skills.
- Show commercial acumen, organizational understanding, logical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational companies or US, UK, EU, AUS projects, with at least 7 years in managing and leading teams Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, with a master's degree considered an advantage
- Attainment of OR near attainment of relevant professional certification or chartered status (RICS, APM, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
- Familiarity of project and program management methodologies or frameworks (PMI, APM, Agile, etc.)
- Proficiency in project and program management tools and platforms (Smartsheet, PowerBI, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.)
