- Performs actual research, organize and analyze information, cross check and validate information;
- Assist in the monitoring with the following:
- Written reports;
- Correspondences;
- Document validation;
- DPO asset register; and
- Check data privacy forms and documents for accuracy
- Monitoring of mechanism for new and current data privacy operational practices;
- Support the DPO in maintaining reference file, review and monitor new and updated regulations
- Support in calendaring DPO activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Support in the maintenance and keeping record of data privacy requirements for third parties (e.g. clients, vendors, processors, and affiliates)
- Support the Data Privacy Office in maintaining reference file, review and monitor new and updated regulations
- Act as the message transfer agent for all transaction request between DPO and company legal
- Act as the primary message transfer agent for [HIDDEN TEXT]
- Support the Data Privacy Office in its day-to-day information life cycle operations; and to
- Support the Data Privacy Office in monitoring the organizational data breach management program.
- MINIMUM educational level and background required by this POSITION: Preferably a 4 year college graduate.
- Having a course in Legal Management, Information Technology IT, and/or Juris Doctor, also known as Doctor of Law or Doctor of Jurisprudence, is an advantage.
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in internal and regulatory compliance and data privacy
- Skilled or specialized: proficiency is gained thru wide experience in a SPECIALIZED or TECHNICAL area. Computer literacy. Familiarity with Google Suite specifically formulas on Google Sheets.
