    About Our Client

    An Integrated Identity Platform, we help enterprises eliminate fraud and establish trust using tech-powered products and solutions for KYC, KYB, Background Verification, Risk Mitigation, Digital Onboarding and Digital Privacy. They currently work with RCBC, BPI, GCash, Palawan Pay, Amazon, UNO Digital Bank, Foodpanda, Paytm, Unilever, Xendit, HDFC Bank, and Zomato.

    Job Description

    • Manage relationships at the C level across large enterprise clients and prospects
    • Lead and scale the sales team in the Philippines
    • Grow the brand in the Philippines and assist with marketing activities
    • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
    • Work closely with local fintech alliances/associations and regulators
    • Lead sales planning activities including account plans and hunting activities
    • Work closely with the deal desk and assist with negotiations for complex sales deals
    • Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

    The Successful Applicant

    • Experience: At least 10+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the SAAS industry
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services sector and prior experience in ASEAN countries are advantageous
    • Energy and Drive: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Goal Orientation: Demonstrated history of building successful sales teams and meeting or exceeding targets
    • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client success and contribute to product enhancement
    • Global Mindset: Adept at working in a diverse, multicultural environment
