    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Workforce Manager at the Davao site. The Senior Workforce Manager will be responsible for day-to-day workforce management tasks, including capacity planning, program management, workforce planning, and analytics.

    Qualifications

    • Capacity Planning and Workforce Planning skills
    • Analytical Skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Workforce Management tools and techniques
    • Program Management skills
    • Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the BPO industry in a similar role
    • Experience in handling large scale programs/workloads
    • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
