- Study and analyze user and business requirements to develop logical designs for the web application.
- Write user stories, workflows, and process flows of the solution.
- Create wireframe / mockups of the design's user interface to illustrate the intended look and flow of the design.
- Collaborate with our software engineers and QAs for any clarifications or found gaps in the design during implementation
- Collaborate with the operations team who facilitates the operations with our users in further understanding and analyzing the provided user requirements.
- Analyze the current system and recommend changes to improve the customer experience.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Analysis and Design
- Relevant knowledge in web application design - UI, UX and best practices and standards
