Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our clients and technical teams by thoroughly analyzing business needs and defining project scopes. Collaborating closely with the PMO lead, you will evaluate IT projects and devise implementation strategies to ensure timely delivery. You will lead user training sessions, conduct user acceptance testing, and validate technical changes to ensure alignment with business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

Collaborate closely with clients to analyze business needs and define project scope for efficient communication with tech teams.
Assist PMO lead in evaluating IT projects and planning implementation strategies for timely delivery.
Assess and optimize processes to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Cultivate relationships with clients and IT counterparts to improve systems and integrations.
Document application functionality and identify areas for enhancement to support business processes.
Provide accurate project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, to meet business requirements.
Develop test plans and cases to ensure system changes align with client needs and maintain application integrity.
Prepare system data for user training and testing in coordination with the Solutions team.
Conduct user training on system changes and new procedures for internal and external clients.
Lead user acceptance testing and validate technical changes to ensure alignment with business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

You must be a Graduate of at least 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/IT/Business Management.
You must have at least 2 years relevant experience as Business Analyst, preferably in an IT consulting or in an enterprise company. With solid experience in handling systems development projects.
You must have proven experience in business requirements gathering, and very detailed in both configuration specifications documentation.
You must be able to effectively estimate work effort for projects (both major and minor) and ensure the project is successfully completed on time.
You must be experienced in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.

Work Schedule: Regular Shift (7am - 5pm)

Work Location: Pasig, City
