    Sales Development ManagerThe job description of a Sales Manager for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO):1.

    Developing Sales Strategies:
    Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed the company's revenue targets and goals

    2Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets

    3Client Acquisition:
    Identify and acquire new clients by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients

    4Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention

    5Market Research:
    Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and stay ahead of the competition

    6Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
    Analyze sales data, prepare sales forecasts, and generate reports to provide insights into sales performance and inform decision-making

    7Collaboration:
    Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

    8Training and Development:
    Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge

    9Performance Management:
    Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed

    10Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities

    11Budget Management:
    Manage the sales department's budget effectively, including allocating resources and controlling expenses

    12Continuous Improvement:

    Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes, strategies, and performance to drive business growth and success.13.Manage growth and achieve sales targets.14.Function as Quality Management Representative.


    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Must be a graduate of a 4-year course preferably Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
    • At least 2-5 years sales managerial experience in a BPO industry.
    • Keen strategic thinking and planning.
    • Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring
    • Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening.
    • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
    • Good organization and time management.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of their industry.
