    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and managing the overall sales process.

    Qualifications

    • Proven sales experience and track record of meeting sales targets
    • Experience in managing a team of sales representatives
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Experience in the non-life insurance services industry is a plus
