- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Monitoring sales target and report results to business unit heads.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and events.
- Create quotes and proposals for clients.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisor in deal pursuits.
- Hiring and training of staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.
- In charge of monitoring the performance and productivity of the team.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to enable them to improve on their sales performance, and to reach the set goals.
- Coordinate with Credit and Collection in ensuring 100% collection of Account Receivable (AR) 60 days past due.
- Collaborate with other departments in improving the sales operations process.
