    As part of our growth, your tasks will be to:

    • Monitor and update collection reports
    • Work closely with Field Officers to achieve the target recovery rate per month
    • Conduct field visits for evaluation and coaching
    • Create and maintain field collection policy and regularly monitor if it is correctly followed
    • Facilitate huddles, meetings, and calibration on a regular basis, or as needed
    • Facilitate training roll outs in different local areas such as MS Trainings and Pre-Employment Training
    • Responsible for complaint coordination and resolution
    • Assist in screening and selecting applicants for the Field Officer position
    • Communicate and cooperate with external agencies
    • Propose changes in Field Collections processes to optimize it

    You know you are the perfect fit if you have:

    • Owns a motorcycle with ORCR | Deed of Sale
    • Must know how to drive motorcycle with driver's license
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in Field Collection, familiar with Metro Manila or his assigned local area
    • At least 1 year experience in supervising a team minimum of 5 FTE
    • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills, Excellent management and organization skills and Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
    • Proficient with computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
    • Good knowledge in English and local dialect
    • With strong integrity to all given tasks and handle his team and clients with professionalism
    • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, independent worker has good sense of control
