    Job Summary

    Our group is actively pursuing multiple M&A and organic growth projects and is seeking an Analytic Lead to support senior management in evaluating and executing investment and expansion opportunities.

    This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working on complex opportunities, performing deep financial and industry analysis, and helping drive sound investment decisions in dynamic environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Feasibility & Investment Analysis

    • Assess industry direction, competitive landscape, and business models
    • Develop and review business plans and financial models
    • Conduct valuation, capex, financial returns, and sensitivity analysis
    • Support transaction and investment structure evaluation

    Financial Due Diligence

    • Support internal and external auditors in conducting financial due diligence
    • Perform financial analysis on acquisition targets, project partners, and suppliers

    Investment & Portfolio Support

    • Analyze portfolio company performance and operations
    • Identify opportunities for expansion, efficiency improvement, and new projects
    • Help leverage group capabilities to strengthen portfolio companies

    Working Environment & Role Context

    The portfolio companies and projects we review are often complex and may lack complete or accurate data. As such, this role requires a thoughtful and disciplined approach to diligence and financial analysis to develop an accurate picture of each opportunity.

    The successful candidate must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations and building clarity where information is incomplete.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Undergraduate degree from a reputable university; MBA is desirable but not required
    • 3–10 years of professional experience, primarily in highly analytical roles
    • Experience in M&A, private equity, or transaction advisory is highly desirable
    • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage
    • Advanced Excel skills, including extensive financial modeling and analysis experience
    • Experience with business intelligence tools and ERP systems is a plus
    • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop junior team members
