- Spearhead initiatives to position EW as the preferred brand among dealer-partners and their agents across Visayas and Mindanao, actively seeking referrals and converting them into booked accounts to strengthen EW's market presence.
- Drive EW to become a leading institution offering Consumer Lending products in Visayas and Mindanao, establishing the Bank as the preferred choice for Corporations and business partners seeking financial solutions.
- Lead the Consumer Lending Cluster to significantly boost EW Stores' production in Visayas and Mindanao, establishing the Bank as the go-to brand for depositors seeking Auto Loans, Personal Loans, and Credit Cards.
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any course.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales and operations roles, specializing in consumer loan products.
- Possesses strong communication abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Exhibits a willingness to learn, meticulous attention to detail, and self-driven motivation, thriving in a minimum supervision environment.
- Willingness to render overtime as needed to meet business demands.
- Demonstrates the commitment and flexibility to work onsite as required by the position.
