- Administer the stakeholder management system of the BU. Monitors the BUs performance in relation to its stakeholder management objectives and activities.
- Ensure that local grievances and concerns coming from various stakeholders are properly collated, monitored and addressed immediately.
- Organize perception survey/research to gain stakeholder insights that can be used to influence Thermal Business Group's overall communication and CSR strategy.
- Coordinate with various departments in gathering data pertaining to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives for the Thermal Business Group.
- At least 1 year relevant experience
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree preferably Mass Communications, Community Development or Marketing
