    Global Shared Services Specialist
    Location: Global / Remote

    About the Role

    As a Global Shared Services Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operations across our Global Shared Services hubs in the Philippines, Costa Rica, and India. You will partner closely with our People & Culture Lead, HR partners, hiring leaders, and global stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of daily operations, employee lifecycle processes, reporting, and recruitment coordination.

    This is a highly visible and fast-paced role — ideal for someone who is naturally curious, resourceful, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact across a global organization.

    What You'll Do

    Reporting & Insights

    • Manage data input for global shared services tracking

    • Pull and prepare routine reports from SuccessFactors for internal and external stakeholders

    • Support manual data requests and ad hoc reporting needs

    • Provide new hire reporting to the onboarding team

    • Assist with time-off allowance and monthly reporting cycles

    Global Operations

    • Serve as the first point of contact for global hiring inquiries via shared email inboxes

    • Address routine inquiries and escalate more complex matters as needed

    • Coordinate with HRIS and IT to create new employee profiles

    • Process terminations and contract end-date updates in the HRIS

    • Maintain accurate employee lifecycle data and ensure timely updates

    • Assist with various operational requests across multiple regions

    • Support major employee lifecycle events, including performance reviews and employee recognition initiatives

    Procurement & Finance Support

    • Manage procurement requests and track progress through completion

    • Partner with external vendors to ensure seamless delivery

    • Review monthly invoices for accuracy, including cost center validation

    Process & Documentation

    • Maintain and update team process documentation

    • Support the implementation of standardized procedures across global teams

    • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives

    Global Recruitment Coordination

    • Manage intake forms and open requisitions with hiring partners

    • Coordinate interview scheduling or assist leaders with interview availability

    • Ensure weekly status updates are provided to hiring leaders

    • Partner with Softchoice and WWT recruitment teams to keep processes moving efficiently



    Requirements

    What You Bring

    • At least 5 years of experience in an HR specialist or similar operations role

    • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role, and you take pride in getting things right the first time

    • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

    • Exceptional communication skills and confidence working with leaders across multiple levels, functions, and global regions

    • A proactive mindset — resourceful, curious, and unafraid to ask questions or seek clarity

    • Strong organizational skills with a bias for accuracy and follow-through

    • Experience working with global teams is an asset
