Job summary
The Platform Experience Designer is responsible for the overall administration of the customer Learning Management System (LMS) as well as the administration of specific functions of the Group Learning Management System. This world-wide role, reporting into Self-Service Knowledge & Tools Manager based out of the Netherlands. The position is Global and focusses on the management, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining the LMS systems to ensure smooth and efficient learning experience for all LMS users, both internal and external.A specific requirement for the customer LMS platform is to actively drive usage traffic
