    Job Description:
    As a housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and organization within the designated premises. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, or employees. Your duties may vary depending on the specific setting, which could include private homes, hotels, hospitals, or office buildings.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Cleaning:

    Perform various cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.


    Sanitization:
    Disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a healthy environment.

    Room Setup:
    Prepare rooms for guests or residents by making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.

    Organization:
    Arrange furniture, décor, and other items to maintain an orderly and aesthetically pleasing environment.

    Waste Management:
    Properly dispose of trash and recyclables according to established procedures.

    Reporting:
    Communicate any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or concerns to the appropriate supervisor promptly.

    Customer Service:

    Provide friendly and courteous service to residents, guests, or clients, responding promptly to their requests and addressing any concerns professionally.


    Compliance:
    Adhere to all safety guidelines, regulations, and company policies to ensure a secure and hazard-free work environment.

    Teamwork:

    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
    Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
    Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently without supervision.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
    Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
