- Monitor campaign performance daily relating to managed platform to recommend optimisations to Demand Gen leadership team and adjust tactics on an ongoing basis; Work in conjunction with peers to ensure optimal performance for every campaign.
- Launch campaigns and sales plays into market within determined marketing service-level agreements (SLAs) on the managed platform to the relevant audience.
- Gather all metrics and insights required for the two week and six campaign performance reporting for managed platform; Perform ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Active participation in campaign kick-offs and pod meetings with contributions of recommendations on the campaign go-to-market (GTM) strategy (e.g., audience parameters, tactics, time in market) based on platform management.
- Collaborates with Tools & Technology to properly track campaigns and sales plays across the managed platform to SFDC, Outreach, and Marketo as applicable.
- Proactively look across managed platforms for potential new testing opportunities and new GTM levers (e.g., LinkedIn Conversation Ads).
- At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working on integrated, digital marketing programs.
- Experience with paid media platforms and management of third-party vendors.
- Ability to understand the marketing landscape and how it's constantly evolving.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Experience with Google Data Studio or other data visualization tools (e.g., Dataroma, PowerBI)
- Excellent analytical and reporting techniques, with the ability to collect meaningful data via social platforms and Google Analytics, and use it to develop strategic insights
- Passionate about technology, digital marketing, internet culture, and social media with the ability to stay current and relevant (e.g., cultural) on trends
- Advanced knowledge of audience segmentation.
- Global marketing experience preferred but not required.

Position Summary:
The Integrated Campaign Analyst launches and manages integrated marketing campaigns on managed platforms and ensures performance versus benchmarks. Through data driven insights, they should provide recommendations and adjustments to ensure performance is on, or above, par at all times. The Analyst assists on ensuring that all activity in market is generating brand awareness, influencing lead to partner conversion, and driving partners to graduate segments.
This role is based in Makati City, Manila. Employees are expected to work from the office.
