    Role Description

    This is a full-time Hybrid setup for a Marketing Officer at Immuni Global Incorporated - Bonifacio Global City, Tagging Office. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing branding and marketing strategies to improve the brand's reputation and visibility. The Marketing Officer will help create a strong brand presence with online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events.

    • Developing brand strategies for the company and campaigns for individual products
    • Performing research and analyzing market data to find ways to grow their audience
    • Gathering customer feedback and data to improve branding
    • Overseeing the staff implementing their strategies
    • Reviewing and adjusting branding strategies as needed
    • Meeting with marketing, advertising and creative departments to make sure content and goals are consistent
    • Improving the customer's experience
    • Managing content and information sharing between departments
    • Giving direction for advertisements and visuals
    • Strategize, run, and optimize marketing and advertising campaigns for the assigned markets
    • Maintain branding standards across all communication - ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand tone are consistent.
    • Supervises agencies to execute ATL, BTL and digital marketing campaigns in a timely manner
    • Monitor campaign performance and execute reports to support agile marketing timetables.
    • Create strategic initiatives for the retention and engagement stages of the customer journey; and forecast, analyze, measure and report on the business impact of these initiatives.
    • Drive focus on instilling loyalty within our existing customer base, by executing targeted and personalized communications and offers, in collaboration with internal teams.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in market research and analysis
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
    • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
