    Overview

    The position is primarily responsible for Consumer budget and cash through a deep understanding of marketing strategy and business plan, then align and follow up the target within the Consumer team to achieve it.

    Functions

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product launches, sales initiatives, and customer engagement efforts.
    • Develop, monitor, and manage the marketing budget and cash, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Track and analyze budgetary/cash flow performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Provide regular budget utilization/cash flow reports to senior management, highlighting budget utilization and recommending adjustments.
    • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure efficient resource allocation.
    • Evaluate the ROI of marketing activities and recommend adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
    • Analyze campaign performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
    • Provide actionable insights to enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing strategies.

    Job Skills & Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, statistics, or any business-related qualification
    • Proven experience in strategic planning and budget management comparable to 5+ years, including 2+ years in the telecommunications or related industry.
    • Strong analytical, mathematical logic, and problem-solving skills, knowledge of financial fundamentals, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent excel skill, familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft office software.
