    We are looking for an experienced Assistant Call Center Manager to join our logistics and supply chain team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and managing a team of call center representatives.


    Qualifications:

    • BPO / Call Center Experience as Supervisor or Assistant Call Center Manager (at least 2 years)
    • Experience in handling Trucking, Freight Services and / or Logistics Accounts
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Amenable to work onsite (Makati City) and/or
    • Nightshift schedule
