    Description:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    . Receive inbound calls (residential customers)
    . Attempt, through persuasion, to retain existing customers by resolving issues
    and answering questions (product, billing, etc.)
    . Process and/or upgrade customer orders
    . Assist existing customers who want to move from one location to another
    . Attempt to retain existing customers who have decided to discontinue their accounts

    Qualifications:

    . Completed at least two (2) years in College or a Graduate of a two-year college course, Senior
    High School (K-12) or High School (old curriculum) (with no back subjects)
    . At least six (6) months of call center experience or six (6) months of Sales experience in any industry is an advantage
    . Fresh graduates and candidates with no call center experience are encouraged to apply (for select accounts only)
    . With good communication skills
