The Multimedia Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in creating and executing multimedia marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. This full-time on-site position requires expertise in various areas such as website maintenance, social media strategy, management, Google My Business, email marketing, content management, and reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Website Maintenance:
  - Update and maintain the company website using WordPress backend and Elementor.
2. Social Media Strategy:
  - Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, creating visually appealing content following existing templates for pictures and carousels.
  - Draft engaging posts with captions.
3. Social Media Management:
  - Manage the company's YouTube page, LinkedIn page, and Facebook page.
  - Publish all posts and videos, manage ads on Meta and LinkedIn, and oversee marketplace and Carousell listings.
  - Monitor and respond to all messages and comments to protect the company image and provide accurate information that leads to sales.
  - Manage the Coffral Google My Business.
4. Email Marketing:
  - Generate Email Blast templates using and manage the automation of email marketing campaigns.
5. Content Management:
  - Manage reference pictures and videos for Coffral Asia, gathering and uploading all project pictures from Coffral Philippines and Coffral Thai to SharePoint.
  - Keep marketing files such as Product Catalog, Coffral City, etc., up-to-date on SharePoint for database purposes.
6. Reporting:
  - Generate website and social media reports on results and lead generation.
  - Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in multimedia marketing or a related field.
Experience with social media marketing and management tools such as LinkedIn, Meta Facebook, and YouTube.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Experience with video production and editing, as well as graphic design.
Familiarity with website maintenance tools such as WordPress and Elementor.
Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate possesses skills in WordPress and Elementor, Adobe Creative Suite, strategy planning and reporting, email marketing using , SharePoint, Meta Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn company page management, Google My Business management, and analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
