Job summary
Job Description Receive client inquiries via phone call/email or ticketing portal regarding issue/incident/problem management and create an online ticket Provide first line investigation and initial diagnosis for the client Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 ticket over the phone Coordinate route and track preventive action tickets corresponding to each logged incident tickets Escalate unresolved client tickets as necessary to ensure timely resolution Respond within established timelines to Client internal stakeholders Effectively manage expectations that are set with customers and other internal stakeholders Routinely update the client following SLA guidelines on open tickets to gain additional information or to advise of status Close all resolved incidents issues problems emails/calls Job Type Full-time
