    • Friday from 8am 5pm and Saturday (half day).
    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for the Property Accountant at SosaJB Property Management Corp. This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Accountant.

    The Property Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting duties such as financial statements, journal entries, financial reporting, and other related tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial information for the company.


    Basic Salary:
    Php. 25,000

    30,000.QualificationsCandidate must be familiar with Tax Submission, preparations and other BIR compliancesResponsible in Journal Entries and AccountingExperience in Financial Statements and Financial ReportingStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAdvanced knowledge of ExcelExperience in property management industry a plus, or any Accounting firm.
    Financial Statements and Accounting skillsExperience in maintaining accrualsStrong analytical and finance skillsAbility to work in a team and independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting softwareBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience in property management or real estate industries is a plusKnowledge in GAAPAPPLY NOW and GET HIRED
