- Drive net new ARR across enterprise accounts in banking, fintech, eCommerce, lending, and payments verticals.
- Own the full sales cycle — from C-level prospecting to commercial negotiation and close.
- Accurately forecast pipeline, territory performance, and account expansion on a quarterly basis.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans with a sharp focus on upsell and cross-sell motions.
- Build multi-threaded relationships across multiple stakeholders — economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators.
- Translate IDfy's product capabilities into measurable business outcomes and ROI stories for each client.
- Become IDfy's eyes and ears in the Philippines — synthesizing competitive dynamics, regulatory shifts, and client feedback into actionable product and GTM insights.
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless client delivery and continued value realization.
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS or technology sales, with at least 3 years selling to enterprise or large financial services accounts.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding a $1M+ ARR quota.
- Strong existing network in Philippine banking, fintech, or digital payments — you can get meetings that others can't.
- Command of the full enterprise sales motion: discovery, solution mapping, business case development, negotiation, and multi-stakeholder management.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in a fast-scaling, high-autonomy environment.
- Exceptional storyteller — you translate complex technical products into compelling, outcome-driven narratives.
- Fluent in both English and Filipino; experience working across multicultural, globally distributed teams is a strong plus.
- Exposure to identity verification, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, or adjacent RegTech/FinTech categories.
- Experience selling into BSP-regulated entities or navigating Philippine financial regulatory frameworks.
