    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Provides administrative support to a company's business operation. The primaryresponsibilities include organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, creatingand distributing reports, and managing correspondence. In addition, he/she may be responsible for preparingpresentations and assisting with event planning. The Admin Assistant may also be responsible for coordinating with otherdepartments within the company & providing support to the leadership team.

    Qualifications

    • Education:College Graduate with any business courseLength of Previous/Similar Experience:A minimum of (2) years of experience doing an administrativerole with organizational, communication, time management & proactiveness as well as proficiency inoffice software such as Google applications is required.
