    The Support Staff will assist and provide administrative support to the users of our web-based solutions and operations. You will be tasked with supporting healthcare professionals to our clients utilizing the very best compliance monitoring solution available.

    Responsibilities

    . Conduct outbound calls to clinics and laboratories to expedite and obtain documents for case completion.
    . Review documents and results received from laboratories and clinics.
    . Complete data entry tasks and reconcile information.
    . Support Client Service Specialists with tasks, as needed.
    . Escalate pending documentation to clinic management.
    . Request status of results from clinics.
    . Achieve goals put in place to manage individual workload.
    . Provide high level customer service.
    . Build, maintain, and foster positive rapport with vendors, and internal team members.
    . Any other requests made by the Department Manager or Team Lead.
