    Geoplan is a distributor of AV and IT solutions established in 2011 based in Manila, we require Sales Support with the qualifications and responsibilities below

    Qualifications:
    Has at least 1-year of experience in AV and IT sales. Digital marketing skills is a plus.


    Job Description:


    1.0Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary2.0Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise3.0Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format4.0Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product5.0Makes sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals6.0Meets with other departments to make sure that sales people are doing their job correctly7.0Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team8.0Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary9.0Arranges appointments with clients and sales team10.0Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls11.0Updates all contact information for clients12.0Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary13.0Arranges travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients outside of the office14.0Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary document15.
