    Requisition Specialist, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

    A Requisition Specialist is expected to:
    • Create and process purchase orders, ensuring alignment with contracts by verifying specifications and prices.
    • Proactively complete duties with attention to detail and work efficiently under varying deadlines.
    • Support stakeholders and adhere to the organization's processes, clarifying unclear items.
    • Familiarity with onboarding new suppliers.
    • Ability to navigate a dynamic environment, identifying, clarifying, and resolving routine purchasing problems.
    • Demonstrate both independent work and effective teamwork.
    • Maintain vendor relationships, address invoice issues or concerns, and resolve communication breakdowns.
    • Serve as a liaison between the Purchasing Department and various corporate functional areas, including Finance & Accounting, Legal, Accounts Payable, and IT.
    • Collaborate with Accounts Payable and other stakeholders to address open issues such as vendor concerns, open POs, and invoice discrepancies.
