    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or any related course.
    • With at least 1 year experience in the same field
    • Good communication and organizational skills
    • Computer literacy specifically on MS office application
    • With high moral standards and integrity

    JOB DUTIES:
    • Cashiering, including issuance of receipts and deposits of collection.
    • Provides daily cash collection report to accounting head and top management.
    • Prepares monthly statement of account of tenants.
    • Prepares monthly and quarterly summary of Vat Input Tax
    • Prepares semi-monthly salary of room attendant and janitress.
    • Prepares and submits monthly & quarterly BIR compliance.
    • Other relevant duties that may assigned from time to time.
