Design, draft, and review joint venture agreements with local development partners.
Draft and review project-related term sheets and key project contracts such as EPC, O&M, and PPAs.
Support in securing project rights and financing.
Identify and implement the optimal corporate structure for projects considering regional regulatory requirements.
Offer legal, regulatory advice, and corporate secretarial support for all APAC legal entities from a shareholder's standpoint.
Provide legal guidance on legal matters to internal stakeholders in the APAC region.
Law degree with a minimum of 5 years PQE in private practice focusing on Renewables/Energy/Construction/major projects or in-house experience within renewable or energy sectors.
Experience in land lease and purchase agreements.
Experience with EPC contracts, O&M, and PPAs.
Preferred experience in the renewable sector.
Ability to decipher complex legal issues across various jurisdictions.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
