    Job Description

    As a Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team dedicated to meeting all client expectations. Your role will involve providing regular and impactful coaching to your team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their performance.



    Employment Type: Full-time
    Shift: Day Shift
    Work Setup: Onsite, Makati

    What do you need to succeed
    • Previous experience as a team leader for an AU telecommunications campaign is a must.
    • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the related industry.
    • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and influence others, build trust, and foster a collaborative work environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
