    Company Description

    HealthyBOS offers a smarter, faster, cost-effective way to increase orders through trust, loyalty, and physician/patient engagement. Our highly automated process directs work efforts to appropriate workflows based on previous results. We automate communication through faxes, emails, samples, brochures, product information, medical notes, authorization and/or referral requests. Our calls are efficient and effective, driving calls to doctors, patients, and insurance companies. Each month, our team completes a significant number of calls to doctor's offices, patients, insurance verifications, and prior authorizations. We focus on sharing messages, physician engagement, document collection, insurance verification, pre-authorizations, data entry, and quality audits to help our clients fill orders.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role located in Iloilo as an Operations Shift Manager. The Operations Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow in the company. They will supervise a team, allocate resources, manage schedules, and monitor performance. The Operations Shift Manager will also collaborate with other departments to promote efficiency and productivity.

    Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
    • Experience in operations management or related field
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in using computer systems and software
    • Knowledge of healthcare industry and processes is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field
