    Job Description
    Role requirement for Sr Group Manager Healthcare Voice Operations (Payer)
    Minimum Academic Qualification (Degree): College Graduate


    Minimum work Experience (in months or years): Minimum 12 years experience of which last 3 years in Healthcare Payer business managing voice contact center operations (Payer Voice 100% U.S.

    calls) Call Center/BPO experience is preferred


    Minimum 3-years Healthcare Experience Payer Voice Contact Center
    Minimum 3-year Supervisory Experience System working knowledge is required with End to End Service Delivery - includes P&L management, cost management, stakeholder management, Client management & Front ending, due diligence, Performance management; computer experience is desirable.

    Should handle a span of FTEs

    Geography Responsibility - North America & Shift Timings 8 PM Manila (US Shifts)

    Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

    Can demonstrate leadership and facilitation skills.

    Can establish knowledge and experience in using critical thinking skills.

    Self-starter who works independently.

    Qualifications
    College Graduate with Strong BPO Managerial Background


    Mandate Skillset :

    Graduate Graduate with Min 12 years experience of which last 3 years in Healthcare Payor business managing voice contact center operations (Payer Voice 100% U.S. calls)

    End to End service delivery (Ops, Client management, P&L management is mandate)

    FTE FTEs

    End to End Service Delivery - includes cost management , stakeholder management, Client management & Front ending , due diligence, Performance management etc

    Shift Timings - Philippines time 8 pm to 5 am (U.S. Shift)
