Position 1: Order Management Specialist (Customer Service)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to support daily customer and order operations.
Role Overview
This role focuses on customer service and accurate order execution. The ideal candidate is organised, responsive, and comfortable handling customer communication in a fast-paced environment.
Consistency and accuracy are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
- Monitor incoming orders via Telegram
- Input and process order details accurately
- Coordinate delivery schedules using Lalamove
- Ensure smooth order flow with minimal errors
Payment Processing
- Manage payment collection through cashier systems
- Verify banking QR payments
- Maintain accurate transaction records
Customer Service
- Respond to customers professionally and promptly
- Resolve issues calmly and efficiently
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction standards
- Upsell products and promote current offers when suitable
Work Schedule
- Full-Time (5 days per week)
- Shift-based schedule depending on operational needs:
• 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 10:00 AM
- Average workload: 1–2 orders per hour
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service or order management
- Minimum 3 years sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Familiarity with Telegram and digital communication tools
- Strong attention to detail and organisation

Position 2: Follow-Up Specialist (Real Estate Lead Management)
Division: Real Estate Sales Team
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Permanent Work-From-Home
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly disciplined Follow-Up Specialist to support daily lead management and communication within a real estate sales environment.
This is a full-time execution role focused on consistent follow-up and fast communication. Your job is to make sure no lead goes cold and opportunities are followed through daily.
This is NOT a passive admin role. Follow-up consistency directly impacts sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Lead Follow-Up (Core KPI)
- Follow up with leads every day via WhatsApp chats and calls
- Re-engage old leads and maintain ongoing communication
- Send project information and updates for new launches
- Track interest levels and conversation outcomes
- Maintain clear follow-up records
Daily follow-up is required. Consistency is critical.
Recruitment Outreach
- Call potential recruits and introduce opportunities
- Maintain follow-up communication with interested candidates
- Keep recruitment pipeline active
Communication & Assistant Support
- Organise lead lists and follow-up schedules
- Ensure communication tasks are completed daily
- Support smooth workflow and lead tracking
Response Speed Expectation
This role requires fast and proactive replies.
- WhatsApp messages should be replied to quickly
- Candidate must be comfortable with instant communication flow
- Slow response habits are not suitable for this role
Work Schedule
- Full-Time (5 days per week)
- Structured daily workflow
- Consistent availability required during working hours
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in sales follow-up, telemarketing, or lead management
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Strong written and spoken English
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
