- Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of Technology Consulting engagements for clients, which may include system development, package implementation, IT Attestation Reporting, or platform reviews within multiple industries, IT internal audit, cyber security, ERP advisory, and digital transformation;
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls throughout the business cycle, as required based on the nature of engagement;
- Identify and communicate observations to engagement manager, and/or key stakeholders;
- Understands engagement management, quality and risk management standards and processes specific to Advisory Services.
- Help identify performance improvement opportunities for assigned clients;
- Apply KPMG methodologies and prescribed approach, if applicable, throughout the service delivery;
- Support and demonstrate knowledge on the engagement management, quality and risk management standards and processes applicable to advisory services;
- Familiarize the suite of Technology Consulting services and be able to use such as conversation starter when engaging in discussions with clients;
- Demonstrates an understanding of business processes, risks and controls, including regulatory requirements and related accounting issues, and helping clients implement appropriate processes and systems for governance and control purposes;
- Continuously improve and educate one's self to keep updated with the latest trends, changes in the regulatory climate, frameworks, standards and leading practices.
- Performs a thorough review of staff (i.e., Associates) deliverables/outputs, and actively imparts knowledge pertinent to the engagement scope and its delivery.
- Management, Management Accounting or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experiences
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be detail-oriented and has excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent MS Office and data analysis skills
- Ability to manage expectations with managers and clients
- Demonstrate strong leadership principles
- Ability to adapt to and lead change
- Background in shared services is an advantage
