- At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Experience in the construction industry is a must.
- Knowledge of specialty construction products, particularly Waterproofing, Waterstops, Fireproofing, Adhesives, and Non-shrink Grouts.
- Experience in generating leads, identifying opportunities, and building relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Managing and developing a team of sales representatives is a plus.
- Proven results-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality service to clients.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Specifications Supervisor at the Pasig location. The Sales and Specifications Supervisor will manage a team of sales representatives and be responsible for generating new business, increasing revenue, and building relationships with new and existing clients. The Sales and Specifications Supervisor also plays a key role in tracking market trends and providing strategic inputs to the management team.
