    • Provide administrative support to the employer, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
    • Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, screening and prioritizing messages as needed.
    • Prioritize tasks and deadlines to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and projects.
    • Organize and maintain documents, files, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for the employer, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
    • Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned by the employer.
    • Assist in planning and coordinating events, such as meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
    • Conduct research on various topics as requested by the employer, providing summaries and reports as needed.
    • Liaise with other departments to fulfill tasks and facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization.
    • Update and communicate with customers as required, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
    • Promptly update systems and databases with relevant information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
    • Analyze data and create reports to support decision-making processes and provide insights into business operations.
    • Utilize MS Excel to create detailed reports, charts, and graphs, presenting information in a clear and understandable format.
    • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations for meetings, conferences, or other events, including gathering and organizing content, creating slides, and confidently conveying information to the audience.
