    Customer Service Representative Voice - Pasig, Pilipinas - Datamatics Careers- Philippines

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via inbound/Outbound call channels.
    • Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, order status, billing questions, and general support issues.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
    • Accurately document all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, actions taken, and resolutions provided, in the system.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers, contributing to revenue generation goals.

    Skills/Ability:

    • Proficient in spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
    • Prior customer service experience, ideally in home furnishing.
    • Efficient handling of inquiries and issue resolution. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in multitasking and working in fast-paced settings.
    • Positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
    • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • Knowledge of home furnishing products and design trends preferred
