    A Tax Manager who lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area and to deliver quality taxservices, that will increase firm's reputation.

    DUTIES, RESPONSBILITIES & OUTPUTS

    • Delivering a full range of tax services in compliancewith laws and regulations within timeframe.
    Manage tax provision and tax compliance process

    • Ensure accurate and timely compliance to allgovernment regulatory reports.
    • Help design and implement tax planning program.
    • Help identify tax planning opportunities. Providestax efficient alternatives to the company's businessunits and transactions.
    • Develop and implement strategic tax planning andimprove tax savings.
    • Identify and mitigate tax risks by maintainingeffective control procedures over all aspects of thetax process.
    • Handling of BIR tax audits including the reconprocedures, analysis, and accurate preparation andsubmission of schedules or working papers in atimely manner.
    • Advocates tax regulations by handling BIRinvestigations and audits through propercoordination with BIR examiner to finish allexamination with minimal exposure.
