    Company Description

    Paynamics Technologies Inc. is a Payment Service Provider and Software Development company based in Manila, Philippines. Our company offers various electronic payment products such as credit card/debit card processing, check processing and other alternative payments such as bank transfers, ewallets and vouchers.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Accounting Manager. The Assistant Accounting Manager will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, such as financial statements, analytical skills, journal entries, finance and fixed assets. The role is based in Makati but some remote work is acceptable.

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Statements, BIR Compliance, Journal Entries (Accounting), and Fixed Assets
    • Has experience in supervising a team
    • Experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in the technology industry
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

    Relevant skills and qualifications such as leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, and critical thinking will be beneficial for this role.
