- Client Communication: Engage with clients every six months to review their current backup configurations, ensuring alignment with their data protection needs and compliance requirements. Provide recommendations for any adjustments or enhancements to their backup strategy.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of backup activities, issues, and resolutions. Generate regular reports on backup status, test restore results, and client communication activities to provide visibility to the management team.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in backup and disaster recovery. Suggest improvements to the backup process and technologies used, aiming to enhance efficiency, reliability, and client satisfaction.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of backup and recovery principles, ideally with specific experience using Acronis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues promptly.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
