We see our future shaped by all that has made us successful in the past.Responsibilities:Ensure vendorsu0027 invoices that relate to purchase orders reflect the agreed price and correct delivered quantities prior to approving them for payment
    • 3 way match of all invoices against purchase order prices and the delivered quantities recorded on site.
    • Using the Jobpac software code, authorise and post to AP all invoices approved for payment.
    • Liaise with Purchasing Staff if pricing does not match.
    • Liaise with relevant site staff if quantities do not match.
    • Liaise with vendors on any incorrect invoices - raise and submit required credits.
    • Ensure any credits submitted to vendors are received within a reasonable time frame.
    • Invoice notes to be entered in the agreed format for all invoices that are waiting on information from Purchasing staff, site staff or vendors.
    • All invoices are to be processed within timeframes particular to each region.
    • Invoices awaiting information to be followed up daily and all responses/enquiries are to be responded to within 48 hours.
    • All data entry tasks are to be processed accurately and within BMD guidelines.
    • Communicate in a professional manner internally and externally at all times
