Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the outsourcing and business incubation sector
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively navigate the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for sales tracking and pipeline management.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to embrace change and drive continuous improvement.
