    As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns, launch new products, and drive brand loyalty across multiple channels.
    Responsibilities:
    • Drive brand preference to enable growth in both sales and market share.
    • Work together with the management team in crafting the main marketing strategy and plan
      • for the year
    • Ensure the robustness and delivery of the annual marketing plan according to the agreed
      • global marketing guidelines
    • Deploy and implement marketing collaterals for new products, promos, events and newly
      • opened stores
    • Make and manage job orders and coordinate with creatives team until completion of job
      • order
    • Coordinate with mall officers/landlords on store opening marketing activities and
      • upcoming promos
    • Coordinate product launches with operations and warehouse team
    • Prepare initial forecast and store allocations of new ingredients for new products launches
    • Support management in generating local market and competitive insights.
    • Manage tie-ups to ensure appropriate service levels and quality output to support and drive
      • initiatives.
    • Engagement of key external stakeholders: ad agencies, PR agencies, video production
      • houses, regulatory authorities, media, etc.
    • Be main liaison point of the marketing team with the operations team.
    • Support in R&D of new products with management and operations team
    • Monitor and approve content plans on social media accounts and manage boosting
      • schedules
    • Relay online complaints to operations team coming from our social media manager
    • Work with global office on new regional marketing initiatives

    Qualifications:
    • Graduated with a Business or Advertising/Communications degree. MBA is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 3 year experience in Marketing or Advertising, preferably with Food & Beverage experience in a communications or brand role
    • Good time management and project management skills
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Trainable and willing to learn
