I worked as a cashier at Mang Inasal Pasig Market for almost 9 months. Aside from my duties and responsibilities of taking orders and promoting our products, I was assigned to become the grand ambassador, and my primary role is to assist customers’ requests and inquiries as well as their concerns. I make sure to provide customers with good service so they can have a meaningful experience in our store. My contribution to my previous work is that I helped maintain the good reputation of the company and the everyday success of the store operations. There are no customer complaints, only satisfactions. And I believe that is the one thing I can also contribute to this company – customers’ or client’s satisfaction as well as successful store operations.
