- Develop the features and product requirements for select digital products or channels for the company's digital product
- Own the end-to-end product management of product features including, but not limited to, initiation of potential products, conducting ongoing market insight efforts, generating product requirements, determining specifications, development schedules and roadmap
- Coordinate with development team to assist in the overall launch and day-to-day operations of the product
- Manage the requirements coming from multiple parties including marketing, operations and external feedback such as customers
- Five to seven years' work experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Programme Manager, Head of Product, or equivalent role required with a portfolio of product and feature releases that demonstrate well-crafted customer experiences
- In-depth understanding of the Android and iOS app development is required
- Direct experience launching solutions that integrate existing offerings with partner digital banking, credit, and payment solutions
- Strong grasp of data and analytics. Comfortable with statistical analysis and not afraid to be wrong, but adjusts rapidly to new data
- Familiarity with business goals and objectives, app KPIs and metrics, and success indicators such as MAU (Monthly Active Users), MEU (Monthly Engaged Users), Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Resurrection, and Churn
