    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
    • Must be willing to work on Night shift
    • Must be amenable to Hybrid setup
    • Must be willing to work in Makati City
    • Must be amenable to Full-time employment with benefits
    • At least 5 years of Product Owner experience
    • At least 5 years of Business Analysis experience
    • Has Card Payment experience
    • Has Salesforce experience or any Salesforce Certifications
    • Has advanced experience in SQL database management and maintenance skills
    • Has the ability to lead multiple Scrum teams in terms of business and product requirements
    • Has practical application ability with Microsoft Office and Visio
    • Has detailed analytical abilities
    • Has strong experience in user testing and project management
    • Has experience in Agile
    • Has good written and oral communication skills
    Other Qualifications (nice-to-have / advantage):
    • Axis
    • SAFe Agile
    • Has knowledge of main functionalities of the current system supported
    • Has experience in hands-on testing on both user and QA perspective - this would help to build and add details in story criteria
    • Has the understanding of connections between systems (Upstream/Downstream)
    • Has experience in accessing User Interface/Database/Msg logs, etc.
    • Has the understanding of development items and their dependencies. [API calls/messages (XML/JSON/Kafka)]
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements in a lucid manner, communicate effectively, lead JAD sessions with cross-functional teams, possess strong analytical skills that help identify gaps and inconsistencies in requirements, etc.
    • Create page layouts, field validation, WFR, permission sets, OWD, etc.
    • Work in Agile projects
    • Work with sprints, manage multiple tasks, and manage backlog items
    • Develop comprehensive E2E test cases at the application and multi-application levels
    • Create direct channels of communication to Software and Application Developers that get the job done without managerial interjection
    • Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to Developers and then follow-up on all results
    • Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
