- Work on building, iterating, and growing a product suite of Angkas' financial products
- Oversee a high-traffic platform supporting millions of transactions
- Own more than 10 features, dealing with complex business rules, calculations, and system integrations
- Engage in pioneering new product features, novel solutions, and create new 'Lego blocks' in software solutions together with the Finance squad
- Ensure a high degree of collaboration with stakeholders to achieve business impact
- At least 4 years of solid experience in Product Management, preferably with banking, e-commerce, other financial-related, or transportation/mobility background
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the Finance or Fintech industry
- Has a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably (but not required) in Science/Tech/Engineering/Mathematics/Finance or equivalent
- Effectively able to prioritize & execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Background working with tech startups or in hyper-growth and scaling environment
- Knowledge of how backend architecture and APIs work
- Capable of influencing stakeholders, working closely with them along with other members of the tech team to analyze tradeoffs and determine acceptable and best possible solutions
- Proactive, exceptionally analytical, and conceptual in thinking skills
- Skilled in template formulation for documentation and very good in presentation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented
