- Analyze past, present and future business environments
- Analyze business processes in the space of business goals and needs, defining the true problem, scoping the business case, and discovering the process that requires change
- Identifies new business requirements or system enhancements through workshops and interviews with key business users and stakeholders
- Manage or conduct Agile/Scrum Framework workshop or meetings with stakeholders to understand the business needs (GAP Analysis) and proposes appropriate solutions

- Compile test plans and procedures;
- Execute / manage testing utilizing testing standards and methodologies
- Tests systems, user acceptance and implements changes or new applications
- Provide support for business user acceptance testing
- Ensure all testing protocols are adhered to
- Renders support and facilitates sessions for end-users, including training
- A minimum of Bachelor of Science qualification is essential for this role
- Proven Business Analysis experience (minimum 5 years) in an IT environment
- Experience in business and data analysis, solutions design, data modelling and testing is required

Job Description This role is responsible for business analysis deliverables that involves analyzing process flows from As-Is and To-Be, data analysis, data modelling, use cases, technical specifications review, executing change control process, and maintaining requirements traceability from origination to implementation among others.
The incumbent works closely and demonstrates proven ability to interface with users and technical team, as well as engage stakeholders and project managers to ensure requirements are met by the product design and product developed is validated.
